About Mark520.org

So the man went away and began to tell in the Decapolis how much Jesus had done for him. And all the people were amazed.

Mark 5:20 (NIV)

Hello, I’m Anthony Russo and I started Mark520.org in January 2024. However, Mark520.org traces its genealogy back to a number of blogs and websites over the years.

Ever since the Lord saved me in 2005, I’ve had a desire to tell others about Him. There was a time when I thought the Lord was leading me to be a pastor or missionary, but neither path opened up.

So, over the years I’ve created blogs, podcasts, and written three books (so far) to try to urge people to know, love, and serve the Lord.

Eventually, I saw there was a need to consolidate things “under one roof”. Taking inspiration from the story of the man in Mark 5:20, mark520.org was born.

As far as the rest of my background, I have

  • an MA in Biblical Counseling (Integrationist) from Luther Rice College & Seminary
  • an MDiv from the same.
  • an MBA from LSU Shreveport
  • and am a certified biblical counselor with ACBC and IABC
  • …and I have worked in the Information Technology field for some 30 years (time flies).

I know a number of amazing people whom the Lord has saved and is using to advance His Name around the world in a variety of ways.

If you would like to talk about how to get your book or other idea to market, or just to giveaway as a tool for personal evangelism, or as a partner-funnel for your ministry, I’d be honored to talk with you.
